本科生毕业设计说明书题目: 无缝厂加热炉出料机械手设计—机械部分学生姓名: 学号: 专业: 班级: 指导教师: I Φ 35m 环型加热炉出料机械手摘要本文主要针对无缝钢管厂Φ35m 环型加热炉出料机械手进行设计。行走小车在机架上做水平直线运动,并带动夹料杆至加热炉前,再通过升降驱动液压缸驱动同步摆杆机构使夹料杆完成升降运动, 最后通过旋转用液压缸驱动夹料杆旋转完成夹料工作。设计中包括以下内容:介绍机械手分类及主要技术指标,确定本设计任务中出料上次保存者: uyfg 机械手采用的方案;对出料机械手的参数进行设计计算;计算选择液压元件及缓冲元件,以及对主要机械部件的强度校核。关键词: 环型加热炉;机械手;控制;吊挂摆动装置 II Φ 35m Ring of Steel Furnace Manipulator Abstract This article will focus on the discharging manipulator design ofΦ35m ring furnace in the seamless steel pipe plant .The w alking t rolley that does a straight line on the p edestal promote s the clip materials bar to the furnace,and then promote s it doing Lifting exercise through s ynchronous pendulum body driven by the l ifting driv ing hydraulic cylinder, and finally with a rotating hydraulic cylinder drive s the clip materials bar plete the clip materials work. Design includes the following: includuction manipulator classification and the main technical indicators, deternination the design task with a steel manipulator; parameters design and calculated of the steel ,the choice of ponents and ponents ,as well as the strength check of the main ponents.
