Abstract
:【Objective】TheextractionparametersofflavonoidsfromTartarybuckwheatsproutswereoptimizedinordertoobtain
highextractionyield.【Methods】Theeffectoffourfactors,includingultrasonictime,ultrasonictemperature,ethanolconcen-
tration,andliquidtomaterialratio,ontheextractionyieldwerefirstlyinvestigatedusingsingle--Be-
hnkendesignwasthenusedtoperformathree-factorandthree--
vonoidswasrespondedbytestingthreeindependentvariablesofultrasonictime,ethanolconcentrationandliquidtomaterialra-
wasperformedandamultivariatequadraticresponsesurfaceregressionmodelwasestablishedbasedonapolyno-
