电饭煲传感器外壳的工艺分析与模具设计
摘要:学习、研究和发展冷冲压技术,对发展我国国民经济和加速现代化工业建设具有重要意义。本文主要是对电饭煲传感器外壳的工艺分析及模具设计。首先,对电饭煲传感器的外壳进行了工艺分析,电饭煲传感器外壳的外形是圆柱形,确定了毛坯尺寸、拉深次数、模具的结构形式及排样方式;然后选择了合适的压力机,把凹模、凸模的尺寸设计出来、选择了合适的模架、卸料装置、推件装置、导向零件、模柄、凸模和凹模的固定板及垫板;最后用dynaform对设计的模具进行了纺真验证,用CAD软件绘制了本模具的工程图。
