of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of t监管能力、提高安全生产执法水平，促进企业安全生产主体责任的落实。三是认真研究，着力贯彻落实好新《安全生产法》各项新要求。要求各级各部门单位尽快制定新《安全生产法》宣贯方案，把贯彻落实新《安全生产法》做为当前和今后一个时期的重要任务。要求各有关部门按照新法行政执法、检查、强制和处罚的新要求，及时梳理修订完善配套制度，提前细化和调整执法工作方案，将新法的贯彻落实作为今后安全生产执法的重点，确保新法各项要求在12月1日后得到顺利执行。
目前，各县市区、有关部门单位均按照市政府安委会要求制定了宣贯方案，宣贯新《安全生产法》工作已全面展开。各县市区、有关部门单位组织开展了媒体宣贯、专家授课、集中培训等活动，在全社会掀起了学习新《安全生产法》的热潮。

泰山区开展八项活动
积极学习宣传和贯彻落实新《安全生产法》

为广泛深入开展新《安全生产法》宣传贯彻活动，为法律施行营造强大的舆论氛围和良好的执法环境，及时掌握修订条款，更好的利用新法服务安全监管工作，根据《国家安全监管总局关于学习宣传和贯彻落实修改后的<安全生产法>的通知》和《山东省政府安委会关于深入学习宣传和贯彻落实新<安全生产法>的通知》要求，泰山区政府安委会研究决定，2014年10月份为全区“新《安全生产法》宣贯月”。 
  新《安全生产法》宣贯月期间，泰山区将充分利用电视、网络、报纸、杂志等各类媒体和群众喜闻乐见的宣传方式，开展八项活动：一是举办新《安全生产法》领导电视讲话。由泰山区广播电视台邀请区人大常委会分工领导进行一次电视讲话，对新《安全生产法》实施的重大意义、立法宗旨等进行讲解和剖析；二是开展新《安全生产法》大家学活动。要求全区各级各部门的领导干部、执法人员和重点行业领域生产经营单位的主要负责人、安全生产管理人员要做到人手一套释义和读本，要抽出专门时间进行自学，深刻领会其精神实质，特别是要加深对修改部分的理解和认识；
