四实小教师语言文字标准化培训方案
为了贯彻落实《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》，大力推进我校语言文字标准化、标准化，结合本校实际，特制定我校教师语言文字培训方案。
一、指导思想
通过有计划的培养提高活动，进一步提高国家语言文字方针政策、法律法规、标准标准在全校教师学生中的认知度，全校师生的语言文字标准意识普遍增强，语言文字应用能力普遍提高，普通话和标准字成为教师教学的基本用语用字，实现普通话成为校园语言，推动学校语言文字工作整体水平的提高。
二、工作目标
目前普通话已成为我校的教学语言，即师生在教学和学习活动中普遍使用普通话。争取使普通话成为校园语言，即师生职工在教学、会议、宣传和其他集体活动中使用普通话，校园公共场合用字标准率100％。
三、主要工作及措施
㈠健全机构，完善制度管理。
1、建立学校语言文字领导小组及管理网络，加强领导。
2、加紧制度建设，坚持制度管理。如教师持普通话或标准字等级证书上岗，晋级、评先制度、“推普周”开展系列活动的制度。校内标准用字制度，师生课堂用语督查制度。学生课余用语督查制度等。力争通过制度化管理，将语言文字工作渗透到学校工作的方方面面。着重在学生常规管理，学生评先评优，教职职工聘用、考核、评优评先等各项工作中落实语言文字工作目标。
