精心设计一封写给社区居民的信，以孩子的口吻建议居民保护环境，做到洁美家园。在征得社区同意的情况下，派发到家家户户的信箱。
4、设计社区环保标志
设计社区环保标志，并张贴在相关的地方，以提醒社区居民要有环保的意识。
5、一次亲身引领
参加社区义务劳动，打扫公共场所及清除一些死角杂物。
四、活动要求
(一)提高认识，切实增强责任感和使命感。一定要站在全局和战略的高度充分认识做好节能减排和环境保护宣传教育工作的重要性和紧迫性，进一步增强责任感和使命感，积极组织开展节能环保宣传教育活动，作为为民办实事、建设和谐社会的重要内容，确保这项工作的顺利开展。
(二)精心组织，认真抓好各项工作的落实。把节能环保示范社区(村)活动和绿色家庭创建与社区文化建设紧密结合起来，不断扩大这项工作的普及面和影响力。充分发挥调动社区家庭在节能环保创建活动中的主体作用，依实情，出实招，办实事，求实效，不断探索社区开展节能环保宣传教育活动的新形式和新途径。
