益肺汤治疗慢性支气管肺炎的效果
[摘要]目的 探究益肺汤治疗慢性支气管肺炎的效果。方法 选取2014年3月~2019年7月于辽宁省阜新市创伤急救医院进行治疗的50例慢性支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组-2 [IL-2], interleukin-4 [IL-4], interleukin-10 [IL-10], interferon-γ [IFN-γ]) and levels of pulmonary function indicators (forced expiratory volume in the first second [FEV1], peak expiratory flow [PEF], FEV1 occupying forced vital capacity [FEV1/FVC]) before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was %, which was higher than % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients in the observation group after treatment was (±) points, which was lower than that in the control group for (±) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<). The IL-2 level after treatment in the observation group was (±) pg/ml, the IFN-γ level was (±) pg/ml, which were higher than those in the control group for (±) and (±) pg/ml, and IL-4 level was (±) pg/ml, IL-10 level was (±) pg/ml, which were lower than those in the control group for (±) and (±) pg/ml, the differences were statistically significant (P<). After treatment, the FEV1 in the observation group was (±) L, the PEF was (±) L/min, and the FEV1/FVC was (±)%, which were higher than those in the control group for (±) L, (±) L/min, (±)%, the differences were statistically significant (P<). Conclusion Yifei Decoction can effectively improve the inflammatory factors and pulmonary function of patients with chronic bronchial pneumonia. The clinical efficacy is exact and it is worthy of popularization and application.
