哈尔滨工程大学 硕士学位论文 深水钻井船用池结构疲劳强度分析 姓名:罗慧明 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:船舶与海洋结构物设计制造 指导教师:张大刚 202203 深水钻井船月池结构疲劳强度分析 摘 要 随着海洋油气资源开发的不断深水化,疲劳成为海洋工程结构发生破坏甚至导致海 损事故的主要原因之一。造价昂贵的深水钻井船具有月池大开口,结构十分复杂;它常 年作业于深水海域,海洋环境相当恶劣,一旦发生事故,必将造成人员和财产的巨大损 失。因此,对钻井船月池结构进行疲劳强度评估具有十分重要的意义。 本课题以一艘作业于中国南海海域的深水钻井船为研究对象,依据疲劳评估简化方 法分析月池壁厚对结构疲劳强度的影响,并利用谱分析方法对钻井船月池结构进行疲劳 强度评估。主要内容包括: 1、简要介绍船舶结构焊接和疲劳的根本知识,论述船舶与海洋结构物疲劳评估简 化方法和谱分析方法的根本原理和具体计算过程。 2、介绍船舶疲劳应力有限元分析的过程及要点,利用MSC/Patran建立深水钻井船 的有限元模型。根据标准选出需要校核的结构疲劳点并进行网格细化。 3、基于疲劳评估简化算法对深水钻井船不同月池壁厚的月池结构进行疲劳评估, 分析月池壁厚的变化对月池结构疲劳强度的影响。 4、利用三维势流理论线性波浪载荷计算程序HstarWV6.4计算钻井船在规那么波中的 载荷响应和运动响应,得到对应的疲劳载荷。 5、对钻井船进行全船有限元分析,用谱分析法对月池结构进行疲劳评估得到疲劳 寿命,并对结果进行分析。 关键词:深水钻井船;月池;疲劳评估;谱分析;有限元法 深水钻井船月池结构疲劳强度分析 Abstract With the offshore gas and oil development constantly proceeded in deeper water,the structural fatigue has become one of the most important reasons of offshore structure damage or even accidents.The expensive deepwater drillship,which has a quite complex structure because of its large openings,moonpool,always works in deep sea area in which the ocean environment is very severe.Severe casualties and great property losses will be caused in case of an accident。Therefore,It is extremely significant to make a fatigue strength assessment of the moonpool structure of deepwater drillship. The paper takes a deepwater drillship which is working at South China Sea aS an example to analyse the influence of the moonpool plate thickness to the structural fatigue strength through the simplified fatigue assessment method and assess the fatigue strength of the moonpool structure by spectrum ananlysis.The main contents arc shown aS follows: After summarizing the fundamental knowledge of ship structure welding and fatigue theory in SECTION 2,the thesis expgunds the baSic principle and concrete computational procedure of the simplified method and the spectrum ananlysis method of fatigue aSsessment of shipping and m
