【摘要】玛咖是一种原产于秘鲁的天然植物,已有长期的食用历史,是我国批准的新资源食品。近年来,玛咖健康
功效被不断发掘,大致可以分为三类,第一类包括: ①提高性欲; ②促进精子发生,提高精子活力,增强生殖能力。第二类
主要是缓解疲劳、提高精力。第三类包括一些其它功效,诸如抗压力、抗抑郁、促进前列腺健康、缓解更年期综合症和促
进骨骼关节健康等。其中的第一类,针对提高性欲及改善性功能的功效科学证据较多,在国际上认可度较高。本文就近
年来针对玛咖健康功效的研究进展作一综述。
