B02 有效灌溉面积（必填项，大于等于0，小于等于耕地面积）指具有一定的水源，地块较平整，灌溉设施已经配备，在一般年景下能够进行支持灌溉的水田和水浇地的面积。

B03 粮食作物播种面积（必填项，大于等于0） 指当年收获粮食作物的实际播种面积，把贫困耕地和非耕地上的播种面积。具体明细为：(1)补种、改种的面积计算：有些作物，在播种季节基本结束之后，才遭灾成片补种或改种的，原种植的作物面积仍计算为播种面积。同时，新补种或改种的作物，也要按复种作物计算其播种面积。(2)作物禾苗生长不齐（不全）时的面积计算：有些作物由于某种原因而青苗生长疏落不齐或缺苗断垄（条），不论是否补植（补苗），仍应按播过的全部面积计算播种面积。(3)移植作物的面积计算：在些需要移植的作物，如水稻、甘薯、烟叶等，应按移植后的面积计算播种面积，原来的秧畦（或秧田）不应计算为播种面积。(4)非耕地上种植农作物
