三、公共（服务）设施配置
（一）根据城市规划的要求，成片综合开发项目和居住建设项目应按以下标准配套建设公共（服务）设施，包括七类：（1）教育设施；（2）医疗卫生设施；（3）文化设施；（4）体育设施；（5）社会福利与保障设施；（6）行政管理与社区服务设施；（7）市政公用设施。具体标准按附表（四）执行。
（二）有关公共建筑、居住区停车泊位设置标准按照泉规〔2007〕255号文《泉州市城乡规划局关于加强新建民用建筑停车泊位设置管理的通知》标准进行配置，详见附表（五）。
四、建筑间距控制
各类建筑间距除必须满足日照要求，符合消防、抗震、卫生、防疫、环保、工程管线、建筑安全保护和强制性条文等方面要求外，同时应符合日照条件分析技术要求或符合下列条款规定。
