Abstract：Aimed at the problems of the accelerometer falling off or damaged in the temperature-humidity-
vibration environment. In this paper, the temperature and humidity test combined with the vibration
test are used to screen out the adhesive with the best paste effect and obtain the curing time of the
adhesive. The reliability of the accelerometer installation method is verified by the temperature-
humidity-vibration comprehensive environmental test. The results show that the installation method
of AB glue-bakelite-screw-accelerometer combination does not need to punch holes in the test piece
or fixture, the installation is simple and convenient, and it can achieve good electrical insulation
between the accelerometer and the measured object. And the frequency response characteristic is good,
can avoid the accelerometer to fall off or damage when the vibration test is carried out under the
conditions of high temperature or high humidity.
