扪心三问心得体会

2012年4月开始，市局、分局总支开展了“知足感恩 爱岗敬业”心态教育活动，在全体干部职工中开展“扪心三问”大讨论活动，即：一问“我为党和人民做了什么？”二问“党和人民给了我什么？”三问“今后我要怎么做？”针对这三问，我做了深刻反思，现剖析如下：
我为党和人民做了什么
我为党和人民做了什么？我认为作为一个党员、一个工商行政管理工作者，得先考虑自己为工商做了什么，再考虑工商能给我们什么。记得刚参加工作不久，听市局领导讲课，就曾讲过：“舍得，舍得，要先有舍，才有得。”如果不能尽心尽意为集体做出贡献，而斤斤计较于各种待遇得失，并由此产生抱怨情绪，不但于事无补，而且对自己的心情、对全局的工作都会产生坏的影响。我们应该有付出的精神，踏踏实实奉献，也许就会发现，其实我们得到的很多很多。
我参加工作的这二十多年，具体做到了以下几个方面：第一，在日常工作中，严格执法，依法行政，严格按照工商法律法规的规定办事，在一定程度上提高了工商的执法威信；第二，注意维护工商部门的形象，在工作上讲正气、讲廉洁，对个体工商户轻言轻语，注重优质服务，树立“局兴我荣，局衰我耻”的意识，一定程度上提高了群众对工商部门的满意度；第三，认真做好本职工作，在分局班子成员的岗位上，能努力进取，发挥自己的主观能动性，认真做好每一项工作；第四，努力加强业务能力学习和政治理念学习，不断提升自己的
