王大妈六十大寿，为了庆祝生日儿子决定带她去海南旅游，王大妈平时注重锻炼身体，作息也很规律，所以身体一向很好。谁知飞机在飞行中突然发生剧烈颠簸，王大妈摔倒发生突发性心脏病，当即死亡。王大妈的家人悲痛欲绝，他们认为这完全是飞机发生颠簸所导致的，要求航空公司赔偿人民币100万元。请问⑴王大妈在飞机上死亡责任都在航空公司吗？⑵ 王大妈的家人能拿到航空公司100万元的赔偿金吗？这个案例把该堂课的知识点都融汇在这个故事之中，故事引起学生学习兴趣，问题激发学生的求知欲启迪学生主动思考问题探索知识。在采用案例导入时，我们教师要深入钻研教材，熟悉知识重点和难点，巧妙的将知识点设计在案例和问题之中， 同时注意案例的趣味性、科学性和启发性。
引导学生阅读课本，创造良好的课堂氛围
提出问题就要解决问题，解决问题时老师要根据问题有针对性的指导学生进行阅读课本，思考问题，理解和解决知识点问题。与此同时，老师要走下讲台，倾听学生的问题和观点，以一个和学生平等的地位去参与学习，同时创造和谐融洽的课堂氛围，从而唤醒和激活学生的学习动机及需求，使之产生强烈的参与学习的热情和欲望，并以积极的状态进入，从而全身心参与知识的探究。
开展课堂讨论，引导学生参与到问题的探究中
开展课堂讨论能使学生相互启发、相互学习、共同探究解决问题的办法。它能使每一个学生都参与课堂讨论，参与到问题的探究之中，进而养成积极的讨论习惯。但是如果全班一起讨论，将有一部分不爱发言的学生不能参与到问题的解答和学习中，而且课堂时间也是有限的不可能所有的学生都能发言，很可能就有一些学生就混在其中不思考问题了，那么这样就不能使每位学生都在学习。为了确保课堂讨论的真正有效，

“合作式学习”是实施课堂讨论最可行的教学组织形式。那么，如何合作呢？我认为应分三步走，即“分组学习，组内合作，组间交流”。将学生分成若干个组，最好4到6人一组，然后分组学习讨论，这样每个学生都能参与到学习讨论中去，发表自己的见解，然后共同思考，分析和解决问题，每组再就不明白的问题派代
