盆5天然气处理站供配电系统的改造
摘要:为缓解现阶段以及今后整个北疆区域天然气的供应紧张局面,促进新疆油田及地方经济的发展,对盆5气田地面集输处理系统进行改造,具有重要的现实意义。本文根据工艺专业所提资料,结合盆5天然气处理站目前的供配电现状,提出了供配电系统的改扩建设计。

Abstract: In order to alleviate the present and future of the northern region of natural gas supply situation, to promote the development of Xinjiang oil field and the local economy, transmission and processing system for the reconstruction of the basin 5 gas field ground set, has the important practical significance. According to the data of the proposed technology, combined with basin 5 natural gas processing station power supply present situation, reconstruction and extension design of power distribution system is put forward.

1、引言
盆5气田属于储量规模较大的带油环的凝析气田,气井开发在生产天然气的同时携带大量的凝析油。通过近几年的开采,已经出现因压力递减不能进入处理站而关井,降低了气田开发的整体效益,为了缓解现阶段以及今后整个北疆区域天然气的供应紧张局面,促进新疆油田及地方经济的发展,对盆5气田地面集输处理系统进行改造,具有重要的现实意义。针对目前盆5天然气处理站的处理系统,工艺设计在2012年建一套用电负荷为230kW,380V的丙烷外冷撬装置,2014年建二套用电负荷为320kW,380V和一套190kW,380V的压缩机,本文根据工艺专业所提资料,结合盆5天然气处理站目前的供配电现状,提出了供配电的改扩建设计。
2、负荷性质及负荷统计
盆5天然气处理站负荷等级二级;供电电压等级为35kV/10kV,目前用电负荷为600kW,其中一级负荷85kW,二级负荷320kW。
