Companies hang national flags to celebrate National Day and many people travel at home or abroad.
Fireworks displays are usually held nationwide in all cities, accompanied by National Day concerts. If one loves shopping, National Day holiday is a great time, for many shopping malls offer big discounts during the holiday.

A variety of flowers and Festooned Vehicles Show(花车游行） can be seen in the main squares of many cities during National Day. The flowers in Tiananmen Square are typically the grandest and most beautiful of all.

Achieving the rejuvenation (复兴） of the Chinese nation has been the greatest dream of the Chinese people since modern times. It is called the Chinese Dream. Its basic idea is to make the country prosperous and strong, rejuvenate （使恢复生命活力） the nation, and enable the people to lead a happy life. The Chinese Dream is a dream of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit, and its realization will bring benefit to both the Chinese people and the people of the world.
To realize the Chinese Dream, each and every Chinese has to work as hard as they can, because only hard work can make dreams come true.
