7、接诊医生填写“济南市危重孕产妇急救绿色通道接诊单”一式两联。
8、接诊医院要及时将救治结果反馈给转诊医院，同时保存转诊单、接诊单以备核查。
9、请求专家出诊、会诊的医院及时与定点协作医院专家或医务处(科) 联系，经医院医务处（科）同意后专家方可出诊、会诊进行救治工作。
三、加强危重孕产妇急救绿色通道的监督管理

1、统一思想认识。各县（市）区卫生局、驻济有关医疗保健机构要从降低全市孕产妇死亡率和婴儿死亡率、提高全市妇幼卫生工作水平的角度，高度重视危重孕产妇急救工作，积极参与危重孕产妇的转诊、会诊、出诊工作，加强各有关医疗保健机构之间的交流和合作，进一步促进全市妇幼卫生工作再上新台阶。
2、加强督导检查。市妇女保健所和各县（市）区妇幼保健站（院、所）要加强辖区内有关医疗保健机构的督导检查，定期收集整理急救转诊情况，通报妇幼卫生有关信息，沟通协调有关转诊医院和专家，协助做好危重孕产妇急救转诊工作。
3、及时总结反馈。我局根据掌握的危重孕产妇转诊信息，对全市危重孕产妇转诊运作情况进行分析评价，及时改进完善危重孕产妇急救绿色通道，并在每年的全市妇幼卫生信息三项监测反馈会议上进行总结反馈。同时在进行孕产妇死亡病例评审时对转诊效果进行评价，并将转诊结果反馈给初诊和接诊医院，适当时机对在危重孕产妇急救工作中作出突出成绩的单位和个人给予表彰。
