　　摘要
　　毕业设计是高等职业培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线的高等技术应
　　用型人才的最后一种教学环节，对我来说也是一种理论和实际相结合的过程，是大学里最重要的实践环节。
　　通过毕业设计这一重要的教学环节，巩固本人四年来在校期间所学的基本理
　　论和专业知识，并运用所学基本理论、专业知识和相应技能综合解决建筑工程设计和施工中各方面实际问题。养自己树立对的的设计思想﹑严谨的科学态度和工作作风，对的掌握和运用设计原则，能综合全面地考虑设计中各方面的问题。理解并掌握建筑设计和构造设计的全过程，对的掌握框架构造设计原理和内力分析的计算措施。熟悉建筑及构造设计方面相应的常用规范、规程和定额原则，和掌握建筑设计软件CAD的性能及其操作使用措施，提高工程制图技能。
　　毕业设计涉及建筑设计和构造设计两部分。本办公楼为六层钢筋混凝土框架构造，长40m，，。本工程以手算优先，用构造专业辅助软件PKPM进行验算。根据配筋面积进行绘图。
