学习型党组织材料

（二）学法律
xxx街道全体工作人员必须学法懂法。两年来，无论工作再忙，我们都始终不放松对法律法规学习。组织全体女党员、干部认真学习宣传《行政许可法》、《物业法》、《婚姻法》等。
（三）学文明
中国具有五千年文明历史，素有“礼仪之邦”之称，中国人也以其彬彬有礼的风貌而著称于世。我办妇联从塑造女性“五美”形象入手，以“美言”为侧重点，通过开展对长辈、师长、上级说话要尊重，对下级、晚辈、学生说话则注意平易近人等各种交谈礼仪的知识培训。引导全办广大妇女同志积极参与 “‘五美’女性，竞展风采”系列活动，使广大妇女干部改变面貌、振奋精神。
四、取得的初步成效
　　通过学习的深化，我办妇联进一步深入推进妇联系统学习型党组织工作成效明显，主要表现在三个方面：
　　一是学习研究风气初步形成。全办上下提高了对创建学习型街道重要性的认识，明确了创建的目的，从领导到普通干部职工，自觉学习、主动研究、学以致用的现象蔚然成风，基本实现了学习工作化，工作学习化。
