【Summary】目的:探讨使用B超、双顶径法和四部触诊法估算胎儿体重的准确性，以供临床参考。方法:对我院2010年1月~12收治的90例孕产妇分别使用B超、双顶径法和四部触诊法估算胎儿体重，并追踪到产妇分娩，评价三种方法对胎儿体重估算的准确性，并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:使用B超对胎儿
体重估算结果更为准确，与双顶径和四部触诊法比较，差异显著，P＜005。结论:采用B超对胎儿体重的预测，其结果更为准确，值得在；临床推广。
