摘要
改革开放至今我国的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,随着经济的不断发展,也出现了越来越多的腐败问题,由于这些问题的存在而导致的经济损失是巨大的。因此反腐倡廉成为一个重要问题。而财务会计作为计量、核算经济活动的手段,其所提供的会计信息的质量直接地影响到反腐倡廉工作。失真的会计信息很有可能掩盖了不为人知的腐败行为。因此,研究会计信息失真的表现及其防范对于反腐倡廉有着极为重要的积极作用。(文参考网原创论文)
本文首先分析了目前企业反腐倡廉的现状、反腐倡廉工作中的问题和形成的原因、国家颁布的《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008-2012年工作规划》中反腐倡廉工作的基本要求,接着分析了财务会计在反腐倡廉中的作用,会计监督在的重要内容和会计监督在党风廉政建设中的作用。从财务会计的目标出发,阐明了会计信息质量对于反腐倡廉的重要性。系统分析了财务造假的表现、产生的原因,提出了具体的防范财务造假的方法和措施。提出了落实现代企业管理制度,加强内、外部约束机制以及推行财会人员体制改革的方法来实现财务会计的目标。以期通过财务会计的手段对企业的反腐倡廉做出重要的支持。
