复旦大学附属华山医院院内提前退岗休养（待退休）的管理办法
为了贯彻全国和上海市卫生工作会议精神，进一步深化医院人事制度改革，精简机构，紧缩编制，提高素质，优化队伍，特制定医院员工提前退岗休养的暂行办法。凡符合以下各项条件者，可以先办理院内提前退出岗位休养的手续，待到达规定退休年龄后再办理正式退休手续。
一、 退岗休养人员的条件：

1、 属医院编制的员工；
2、 距法定退休年龄五年以内（男性员工为55周岁以上， 含55周岁；女性干部编制为50周岁以上，工人编制为45周岁以上），连续工龄满十年及以上者；
3、 体弱残多病且不能坚持正常工作者。
二、 退岗休养的审批手续：
1、 符合上述三条者，由本人提出申请，经部门同意而后上报医院人事处审批。
2、 凡不符合上述年龄规定的员工，一般不能给予待退休。
三、 退岗休养期间的待遇：
待退休期间的工龄按连续工龄计算；
待退休期间退岗休养人员的工资按当年国家规定的退休费计算办法计算（固定工资+活工资+地区差+职务（岗位）津贴等之和参照退休工资规定的比例，打折计算。物价（副食）补贴、房贴照发。
在待退休期间凡国家和本市对在职人员调整基本工资、职务（岗位）工资等，符合条件的退岗休养人员的退岗休养费也作相应调整。
