　　【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of combination therapy of solifenacin and tamsulosin for benign prostatic hyperplasia with overactive ：217 cases with OAB and coexisting BPH were ：The valus of IPSS (± vs ±）、the voiding symptom score(± vs ±)、Q max(± vs ±) improved significantly after treatment in tamsulosin. The valus of IPSS (± vs ±)、the storage symptom score (± vs ±)、OABSS(± vs ±)、 Q max(± vs ±) improved significantly after treatment in combination value of IPSS(± vs ±)， the storage symptom score (± vs ±) and OABSS(± vs ±) improved significantly in combination group than those in tamsulosin group. There were no difference between groups in value of voiding symtom score，Qmax and residual urine ：It is effective for patients with BPH and OAB to accept combination therapy of tamsulosin and solifenacin.
