财务报告后的银行商业模式研究
—基于中信银行与建设银行之比较

摘要
中国加入WTO以后,大批实力雄厚的跨国银行蜂拥而至,进入中国市场,这一方面加快了我国本土商业银行的国际化进程,另一方面却导致了市场竞争愈演愈烈。在竞争实践中,越来越多的银行高层管理者清醒地认识到:每个强大的跨国银行背后都有一套行之有效且独具特色的银行商业模式,这恰恰成为这些银行在市场竞争中占优的关键。然而,目前国内外对商业模式的研究尚未形成一个统一的、较为完整的理论框架,该领域依然存在着很多理论空白。基于此,本文尝试从一个财务视角探寻银行商业模式的本质,发现复杂现象背后所隐藏的一般性规律,以便更好地指导我国商业银行进行成功的银行商业模式创新。
本文采用了逻辑演绎、比较分析、案例研究与经验归纳相结合的研究方法,对银行商业模式的本质及实现方式进行全方位的阐释。
通过本文的分析发现,银行商业模式是为实现客户价值最大化,整合银行内部和外部各种优势资源,不断增加自身资产,形成一个完整的统一的高效率的具有独特核心竞争力的运行系统从而降低自身不良资产率和成本率,并通过针对性的提供品种繁多的产品和服务以及其组合使整个银行持续达成赢利目标的整体解决方案。这一结论对于后续的银行商业模式理论研究有着重要意义,同时,也对我国本土银行的商业模式创新有着重要的指导作用。通过与自身实际相匹配的银行商业模式创新,我国商业银行方能在激烈的国际竞争中创造并保持一定的比较竞争优势。

A Study on Bank Business Model behind Financial Report——Based on parison between CITIC Bank and China Construction Bank
Abstract
After China’s entry into WTO, quantities of strong transnational banks rapidly entered into Chinese market. For one thing, it has accelerated mercial banks’ process of internationalization. For another thing, it has led petition. In the practice petition, more and more high level managers mercial bank have realized clearly that there is a special and mercial bank business model (CBBM) behind every strong transnational bank, which has e the key point for these corporations in the petition. However, at present, it has not formed an unified and relatively intact theoretical framework of the study on CBBM, and there are still many theoretical vacancies in this field. Based on that, we try to through an new perspective to explore the essence as well as the achievement ways of CBBM in this article, and find out the general laws hided behind plex phenomenon in order to guide mercial bank to achieve the essful innovation of CBBM.
In the article, we have used the researching methods such as logical deduction, comparative analysis, case study, and experiential induction, to make full explanation of the essence as well as the achievement ways of the CBBM.
According to the analysis in the article, we fi
