敬爱的同学们，你们平常节约粮食吗？节约粮食是我们中华民族的传统美德，我中午到食堂里吃饭，望见有些同学很奢侈粮食，白花花的米饭和香喷喷的菜被饭，还有剩菜，被学生们倒进了污水桶里。
镜头三：北京一大饭店，满桌子鸡鸭鱼肉，吃完了，剩下好多，尽然没人打包。
镜头四：非洲贫困地区，因饥饿好多儿童奄奄一息。那些孩子头特殊大，颈项特殊细，他们的眼睛白大黑少，眼神特别无助。旁边是他们的妈妈，眼睛里充溢了无奈，饥饿正在吞噬着他们的生命。
我以前不知道，世界上还有这么多人在挨饿。我又想，为什么人越大越不懂的珍惜粮食呢？我们为什么不能节约下粮食，支援那些挨饿的人呢？
从今日起先，我再不奢侈粮食，我也号召大家：节约粮食，从我做起。
