2、整改安全隐患是目标。
（1）校园存在的安全隐患。
①防火。某校学生宿舍被烧为灰烬，原因是一女生偷着使用电热棒。为此，学校决定保留烧毁的宿舍让在校学生参观，进行警示教育。许多学校查获学生宿舍内违章电器，触目惊心，学生与检查人员玩“猫捉老鼠”游戏，为一时或一人之利留下安全隐患。 
②防盗。据了解，学生物品被盗是校园安全最为令人担忧的因素，从手机、随身听到现金，偷盗者贪婪，手段别出心裁。校园内“寻物启事”，根本不“寻物”，自己随身听压根不是丢，而是被别人顺手牵羊偷走，贴“启事”并没有想随身听能够回来，只是一抒胸中郁闷，进而提醒周围同学。学校查处偷盗者学生居多，就是说许多“案子”都是我们“自己人”做的。
③人身安全。每当放学时，许多学生在周边网吧甚至是一个人或成双成对或一群人，都应考虑安全问题，夜深时候是否提前回来，或是多数人结伴而行，外出更应考虑人身安全。
④餐饮卫生。每逢放学，学校周边餐饮摊位小吃品种多、便宜，要考虑餐饮卫生，吃“美食”，能否吃出“健康”，答案显而易见。
由此看来，校园防火、防盗、人身安全、餐饮卫生等存在不同程度的隐患。
（2）校园安全隐患整改措施。
全校上下都要树立“安全责任重于泰山”思想观念，始终绷紧“安全第一”这根弦，态度坚决地落实校园安全隐患整改措施。
