可编程控制器及应用实验设计- I- 《可编程控制器及应用》实验报告名称液体自动混合箱_______ __ 学院_____ _____ 班级___ _ ______ 姓名____ __ ____ 学号___ _______ 同组人____ 指导教师____ __ ____ 2012 年 4月可编程控制器及应用实验设计- II- 摘要 PLC 是以计算机技术为核心的通用自动控制装置, 也可以说它是一种用程序来改变控制功能的计算机。随着微处理器、计算机和通信技术的飞速发展, 可编程控制器 PLC 已在工业控制中得到广泛应用,而且所占比重在迅速的上升。 PLC 主要由 CPU 模块、输入模块、输出模块和编程装置组成, 它应用于工业混合搅拌设备, 使得搅拌过程实现了自动化控制, 并且提升了搅拌设备工作的稳定性, 为搅拌机械顺利、有序、准确的工作创造了有力的保障。本文的主要内容是如何应用可编程控制器( PLC )对液体自动混合箱进行控制以及如何应用西门子 STEP 7标准软件对其进行仿真。本控制系统采用 S7-30 0 作为控制器。在硬件设计电路中,完成 PLC 选型及外部电路电器的选用,设计了硬件接线图,提出了接线要求,使之具有控制和保护作用。在软件设计中,给出了程序流程图并给出了梯形图设计程序。软件和硬件有机的结合,使控制系统运行可靠,达到了预期的设计目的。最终通过 PLC 仿真验证达到了控制要求。关键词: 液体自动混合箱; PLC ;仿真控制可编程控制器及应用实验设计- III- ABSTRACT PLC isa general-puter technology as the core of the automatic control device, you can also say that it is an application to change the puter. With the microprocessor, computer munications technology, the rapid development of programmable logic controller PLC is widely used in industrial control, and the rapid rise in the proportion. It ism ainly consisted with the PLC CPU module, input module, output module and the programming position , used in industrial mixing equipment, making the mixing process of automated control, and work to enhance the stability of the mixing device for mixing machine smooth, orderly, and accurate work to create a strong guarantee. The main content of this paper ishow to use the programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the liquid automatic mixer and how to apply the Siemens STEP 7 standard software simulation. The control system uses a S7-300 controller. Hardware design circuit plete the PLC selection and the selection of the external circuit devices, the design of the hardware wiring diagram, wiring requirements, so that it has control and protection role. In software design, program flowchart and ladder design program. Organic software and bine to make the control system is reliable, reached the desired design objectives.
