公司野外拓展(The company to expand the field)
In 2013 the red gate field training experience
From May 17th to May 18th, I fe challenge themselves, to overcome difficulties, eventually all 47 teammates all passed the training.
The seemingly difficult thing is not as scary as it seems. In the work and life, the difficulties encountered are not terrible, but the fear is to lose the courage and confidence to solve the difficulties! Psychological barriers are the most difficult to overcome. If we want to be strong, we must first challenge our fears. When we go for a stroke, brave enough to take a small step, may be able to seize the opportunity of their own life, to achieve a big leap.
Facing the high pole, climbing and crossing in the eyes of teammates and coaches need to bear considerable pressure. However, in this process, other players always cheer for you, cheer for you, guide and cheer for you, and those who experience can deeply appreciate the encouragement and support of the team. Each move, if peer acclaim and recognition, all the pressure will go into force, this is the team to encourage and praise and support role!
When someone is standing on a high pole, the people watching below seem to feel simple and easy. When I was in my place, I found out that my heart was beating wildly and my legs were shaking.
