古饶镇关于优抚工作汇报
of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of 病造成生活不便，特别是年老后精神生活比较孤寂，加之医疗、住房等方面问题，造成一些优抚对象心理问题突出。虽然大部优抚对象有家属或晚辈的照顾，但子女因学习、工作原因对老人的生活照顾毕竟有限，就优抚对象为国家所做出的贡献而言，理应更多地得到社会对他们的关心和抚慰。而目前社会各界优抚对象的照顾和服务多数是物质上提供的多，精神上照顾的少，这也在一定程度上制约了优抚工作的开展。
三、建议与对策
为进一步做好优抚工作，针对我镇优抚工作面临的困难和问题在今后的工作中，我们需要采取对策，加以改进和完善。
一是建议政府拿出一部分公益岗位，如一些社会福利服务岗位，重点接纳失业、需要安置的烈士子女和革命残疾军人，使他们重新就业。此外，对丧失劳动能力且生活困难的烈士遗属国家定期给予一定数额的救助。
二是国家加大对在乡老复员军人医疗补助的投入。建议对少数因病特困优抚对象给予定额医疗补助，医疗费用按100%比例报销。对发生重大疾病的特殊困难优抚对象为他们办理重大疾病医疗保险。
三是发动社会医疗单位对优抚对象实行优惠减免政策，如免收体检
