【摘要】  目的本文旨在分析研究提高淋球菌感染的诊治水平。方法总结2446例成人淋球菌感染的诊治经验。结果 A组、B组治疗中途终止,性伴未治疗的23例,症状消失1~2个月复发,二次治愈。坚持规范治疗者全部复查淋球菌阴性。C、D两组2056例(%),用头孢三嗪或大观霉素足量于尿道前列腺囊封闭,见效快,消灭淋菌彻底。结论成人淋球菌感染好发年龄19~28岁,男性多,早期就诊者184例(%),大多数不及时到医院治疗。所有感染者均有不洁性交史,查出淋球菌。治疗首选头孢曲松、大观霉素,及时足量做前列腺、尿道局部封闭,疗效优越。内服四环素、阿奇霉素治疗衣原体。
