. 康复医师：接诊病人，采集病历及做体格检查，进行临床诊断，功能测评，制定康复治疗计划，指导，监督，协调各部门康复治疗工作。康复护士：负责住院患者的临床康复护理，体位摆，床上活动，皮肤护理，辅助器使用，：主要负责肢体运动功能的评定与训练，特别是对神经肌肉骨关节和心肺功能的评定与训练。作业治疗师：指导患者通过进行有目的的作业活动恢复或改善生活自理学习和工作能力。语言治疗师：对语言障碍的患者进行构音能力，失语，听力，吞咽等评定并进行相应的训练。开展早期可以一兼多职。
康复医学是正儿八经的现代医学，并不是搞推拿按摩的，不能首先概念错误。所以康复医学服务的一个重要特点是宣教，可以印用小册子，贴图画，宣传单等形式开展宣教工作。我院新进康复设备及功能更要加大宣传。同时工作人员可以有针对性的不定期开展宣教班，劳动效率提高了，又为医患之间及患者之间搭建起一个交流平台，患者通过交流，清楚了自己的病情，也利于提高训练的积极性。也可以到社区做义务诊疗或宣教以增加影响力。这样投入少但也达到宣传效果。后期条件成熟可考虑平面媒体宣传。
。康复治疗大多是耗时长见效弱，很多关节功能障碍，偏瘫，脑外伤后遗症的需要多次反复住院治疗，同患者建立良好关系并定期回访势必拉回很多再次入院病人。但不能重形式轻内容，一经开展坚决执行。
