1 吴茱萸的 1H 拟 NMR 指纹图谱解析【摘要】目的对吴茱萸 Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. 的 1H 拟 NMR 指纹图谱进行解析。方法应用硅胶柱色谱法分离吴茱萸的 SCEA 和 SCEB 化学成分, 鉴定其结构,并对 SCEA 和 SCEB 进行 1H-NMR 研究, 从而实现吴茱萸的 1H 拟 NMR 指纹图谱的解析。结果吴茱萸 SCEA 的 1H 拟 NM R 指纹图谱, 主要显示 evodiamine 、 rutaecarpine 、 dehydroevodiamine 3 个化合物的特征共振信号, 吴茱萸 SCE B 的 1H 拟 NM R 指纹图谱, 主要显示 dehydroevodiamin e 的特征共振信号。不同来源的样品其 1H-NMR 指纹图谱有很好的重现性和特征性。结论吴茱萸的 1H 拟 NMR 指纹图谱可用于其基源鉴定。【关键词】吴茱萸 1H 拟 NMR 指纹图谱 Studies on 1H 拟 NMR Fingerprints of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth. 2 Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyse the 1H 拟 NMR fingerprints of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. Methods The chemical constituents were obtained from SCEA and SCEB of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. by chromatography on Silica gel column. The characteristic signals of the 1H 拟 NMR fingerprints were analysed after determining the structures of pounds isolated from SCEA and SCEB. Results1H 拟 NMR fingerprints of the samples of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. which were collected from different regions showed high characteristic features and reproducibility. Three pounds from SCEA were elucidated by spectral analysis as evodiamine 、 rutaecarpine and dehydroevodiamine respectively and the pounds from SCEB were elucidated by spectral analysis as dehydroevodiamine. ConclusionThe 1H 拟 NMR fingerprints of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. might be utilized for the original authentication of the plant. Key word
