1 草酸铂加氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌【摘要】目的研究草酸铂( Oxa ) 及亚叶酸钙( CF ) 联合化疗对晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法实验组 21 例采用 Oxa 、 5-FU 、 CF 静脉滴注方案, 3 周为 1 个周期; 对照组 21 例治疗方案采用丝裂霉素( MMC ) 、多柔比星( ADM )和氟尿嘧啶, 4 周为 1 个周期,均连用 3 周期为 1 个疗程,然后评定疗效。结果试验组 21 例,有效率为 % ,无进展中位生存期 个月; 对照组有效率为 % ,无进展中位生存期 个月。两组有效对比差异无显著性( ) ,但无进展中位生存期比较试验组优于对照组( ) 。主要副作用为静脉炎及末梢神经炎, 分别为 100% 和 % , 血液毒性轻微。结论 Oxa+5-FU+CF 是治疗晚期胃癌安全有效的方法。关键词胃肿瘤草酸铂氟尿嘧啶亚叶酸钙 2 Oxaliplatin , fluorouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment of patients with advanced stomach cancer 【 Abstract 】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of bination if oxaliplatin ( Oxa ), fluo ˉ rouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment of patients with advanced stomach 21patents with adˉ vanced stomach cancer confirmed by pathology were enrolled into the study.
