1 赤芍中芍药苷提取溶剂的选择【关键词】赤芍; ,, 芍药苷; ,, 高效液相色谱摘要:目的探讨赤芍药苷提取的最佳溶剂。方法分别用甲醇、 75% 乙醇、重蒸馏水提取赤药中芍药苷,用 YWG-C18 ( 250 × mm )色谱柱,以甲醇- mol/L 磷酸二氢钾溶液( 32: 68) 为流动相测定芍药苷, 检测波长为 230 nm 。结果在所试浓度( ~ μ g/μl )范围内线性关系良好 r= 8, n=5 ;以甲醇、 75% 乙醇、重蒸馏水作溶剂赤芍苷的含量分别为 % , % , % 。结论结果表明, 以甲醇、 75% 乙醇、重蒸馏水作溶剂提取赤芍中芍药苷的含量无显著性差异( P> ) ;使用蒸馏水作溶剂可避免甲醇较强的毒性且廉价;我们认为使用重蒸馏水做溶剂优于乙醇、甲醇。关键词:赤芍; 芍药苷; 高效液相色谱 Effects of Different Solvents on the Extraction of Paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra 2 AbstractObjectiveTo select the optimal solvent to extract paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae was extracted from Radix paeoniae Rubra with methanol,75% ethanol and redistilled water ,respectively .Paeoniflorin was separated ona YWG-C18(250 mm × mm) using methanol: mol/L KH2PO4(32:68) asa mobile phase and determined at 230 The linear curve was ideal within the tested range of ~ μ g/μ l(r=,n=5);the average content of paeoniflorin extracted with methanol,75% ethanol and redistilled water was %,%,%, was no significant difference in extraction of paeoniflorin with these three solvents(P > ),whereas methanol is highly toxic,redistilled water isa low-priced and safe solvent,indicating ettraction with redistilled water is better .
