改造内容为正立面、两个侧立面的原墙面及屋顶广告牌进行顺位、翻新，以及在正立面设置一块尺寸为7170*11795mm的电子显示屏。
XX电子世界（彩电大楼）
改造内容仅为将正立面墙面及屋顶广告牌予以顺位、翻新改造。
女人世界
包括正立面、两个侧立面的装饰改造。正立面为对墙面翻新粉色涂料饰面，并对墙面、屋面广告牌予以顺位、翻新；两个侧立面墙面涂刷浅粉色氟碳漆饰面，相应按楼层间隔设置300宽横向通长分隔带，分隔带为深粉色氟碳漆饰面。
港澳城
包括正立面、两个侧立面的装饰改造。正立面保留现有永乐电器店的店面广告及建筑立面，仅顺位、翻新屋顶广告牌；两个侧立面翻新墙面并涂刷白色氟碳漆、粉色氟碳漆竖向间隔分缝，对原墙面及屋顶广告牌予以顺位、翻新。
国美电器
*500mm装饰钢立柱，横向按楼层设置300*500mm装饰钢横梁，横梁上加设900高百叶挡板，百叶挡板为76*44*2铝管分框、15块2厚铝板百叶遮面，钢柱、钢梁均采用3厚铝板、浅香槟色氟碳漆饰面；正立面、两个侧立面墙面、屋顶广告牌先予以拆除，然后进行顺位、翻新；底层柱增加柱面橱窗，钢化玻璃拼装支设，用于产品LOGO展示。
三、XX南立面建筑改造
共包括XX大厦、赤尾大厦、统建商住楼、统建办公楼的建筑立面改造。
