沈阳工学院课程设计说明书课程设计说明书课程名称: 化工原理课程设计专业: 环境工程班级: 14600501 学生姓名: 刘姮希指导教师姓名: 王琪能源与水利学院沈阳工学院课程设计说明书 I 摘要精馏是分离液体混合物(含可液化的气体混合物)最常用的一种单元操作,在化工, 炼油,石油化工等工业中得到广泛应用。本设计的题目是苯-甲苯连续精馏筛板塔的设计,本设计按照设计方案的确定,全塔物料衡算,塔板数的确定,精馏塔工艺条件和工艺尺寸的计算,塔板主要工艺尺寸的计算,得到理论塔板数为 13块,回流比为 , 实际塔板数是 26块,进料位置为第 11块,通过筛板流体力学的验算等步骤,证明各指标数据均符合标准。在此设计中,对全塔进行了物料衡算,本次设计过程正常,操作合适。关键词: 筛板塔;苯-甲苯;精馏塔设计沈阳工学院课程设计说明书 II Abstract Distillation is the separation of liquid mixture (contain liquefied gas mixture) one of the mon unit operation, in the chemical industry, oil refining, is widely used inpetrochemical industry. This design according to the determination of design scheme, thematerial balance, the determination of plate number column process conditions and the size of the calculation, the plate of main technological size calculation, get the theoretical plate number is13 pieces, reflux ratio , the actual plate number is26 pieces, feeding position for 11 pieces, through the sieve plate of steps, such as fluid mechanics calculation prove that the index data are up to the standard. In this design, has carried on the material balance of the whole tower, the design process is normal, operation right.
