内容：轻柔体操
方法：
（一）成员排成一列，后面的成员将手搭在前一个成员的肩上，首尾相连组成一个圆圈。
（二）伴随舒缓的音乐，后面的成员要为前面的成员轻轻揉肩、捶背。
（三）成员向后转，重新进行上述环节。
（四）活动结束后，相邻的成员间要打招呼、问好，相互表示感谢。
