，结合分局医疗保障工作实际，经研究，现就进一步加强分局离休干部等医疗保障工作通知如下：
一、正确执行离休干部医疗保障政策待遇。缩短离休干部的医疗费报销周期，解决有特殊困难离休干部的就医燃眉之急。离休干部、副厅级以上领导、二等乙级以上伤残民警等全额报销人员〔以下简称全额报销人员〕发生的医疗费用自2022年4月起经由巢湖市医保中心按月审核后，由。执行?省直单位离休干部医疗保障管理方法?和?市直离休干部医药费统筹管理暂行方法?规定相关待遇，所需资金由分局按月按原报销支付，资金原渠道列支报销。原渠道列支。
二、认真落实切实保障离休全额报销人员干部的的根本医疗保障费用。凡使用根本医疗保险药品目录范围内的药品费用〔包括甲类乙类〕和根本医疗保险诊疗工程费用〔包括根本医疗保险支付局部费用的诊疗工程费用〕、根本医疗保险医疗效劳设施费用〔其中住入干部病房的每床日费，三级医院、二级医院、一级医院分别报销60、40、20元，超出局部自理〕，由全额报销人员离休干部个人支付后，由单位报送分局民警职工医疗保险并轨办公室，经巢湖市医保中心审核后全额报销，到所在单位全额报销，也可由单位直接帮助支付。因特殊病情需要并按规定征得分局民警职工医疗保险并轨办公室同意而使用根本医疗保险药品目录以外的治疗性药品，其合理支出费用予以报销。
