　　二、我国涉案的争端解决中的条约解释 
　　我国自2001年正式参加世界贸易组织以来，随着国内经济的开展，如今已经成为了货物贸易大国。而相对应的，我国在WTO中所涉及到的案子也逐年增多。在这些案子的解决过程中，绝大多数都需要对涉案条约进行解释。在此，笔者只以我国知识产权案、原材料案、稀土案以及美国对某些中国产品征收反倾销税和反补贴税案〔以下简称“中美双反实施案〞〕为例，对其中涉及到的条约解决问题进行分析。
