and life, and is related to the economical and social development, the social harmony and stability, and the party and the goverment’s
image. Now food and drug safety issues are prominent, as a government department the Food and Drug Administration should improve work efficiency and service quality, set up anvanced
management tools and techniques, enhance openness and transparency, and consciously accept an imporment
measure of the public. The food and drug supervision and management system use e-government to speed up the transformation of government functions, expand the channels of foreign relations, and improve government efficiency.
