政教处工作职责
一. 根据学校工作方案，制定学生思想教育与管理工作方案，指导并检查各年级、班级制定工作方案及落实情况。
二. 协助校长室与各年级组选聘班主任，指导各年级组召开班主任例会，召开班主任研讨会，做好班主任培训工作，指导各年级组做好班主任考核工作。
三. 组织和安排军训、春游、文娱汇演、艺术节等全校性教育活动，布置好学校宣传橱窗，加强校园文化建设；组织升国旗仪式和各种学生集会。
四. 抓好学生一日生活的常规管理；组织学校值周工作，建立并坚持学生的自我管理的工作体系，抓好各年级、各班级的校风、班风和学风建设及检查评比工作，抓好学生的日常行为标准教育。
五. 抓好各年级学生干部的培训工作，加强干部队伍的思想建设与组织建设。
六. 做好学生的心理健康、法制、平安等教育工作，全面提高学生素质。
七. 做好学生思想教育工作，及时解决学生中发生的各类问题，负责对学生的违规事件的处理；评定优秀学生干部、三好学生及先进班集体；审核学生的品德等第，毕业生鉴定及综合素质的评定。
