本文首先对苏宁电器重庆物流配送中心货物验收入库业务流程细节进行了具体的描述，然后对其现有的入库作业流程及存在问题进行了简要的分析，并提出了流程改进的思路；最后结合实际，针对该中心在入库作业中存在的其他问题及其解决方法进行了分析和探究。
