1、整治目标
在重点整治区域和重点整治路街开展占道经营、户外广告、建筑立面、市政设施、城市绿化美化等专项整治活动，实现市容秩序良好、街景立面美观、市政设施齐全、绿化景观添彩，改善城市境面貌，提升城市形象。
2、整治任务及责任分工
〔1〕沿街为市整治。市区主干道和重点区域无出店经营、占道经营和游散摊点，取缔重点区域和重点路街马路市场，实现市区市容秩序明显改观。

〔2〕户外广告整治。根据?襄阳市市区户外广告设置管理方法?，撤除未经审批、擅自设置的户外广告，净化城市空间；撤除虽经批准但超期设置或擅自改变核准内容的户外广告；清理各类破损、褪色、过期、发光字断亮、霓虹灯缺笔少划等严重影响市容市貌的广告；撤除虽在设置期限内，但严重影响市容市貌，与城市规划不符的户外广告。
责任单位：各城区政府、开发区管委会，市城管执法局
〔3〕门店招牌整治。按照市政府批准的设计方案，完成东街、西街、南街、中原路、春园路、大庆路、长征路等重点街区的门店招牌整治。
责任单位：襄城区、樊城区政府，高新开发区管委会，市城管执法局
〔4〕临街建筑立面整治。市规划局制定东、西、南街、檀溪路、长虹路、大庆路、中原路、前进路、人民路、邓城大道、航空路等路街临街建筑立面整治方案，经市政府批准后交各城区政府、开发区管委会实施。各城区政府、开发区管委会按照立面整治方案，对辖区相关道路临街楼体立面进行综合治理，清洗、粉刷、装饰、美化房屋立面；撤除乱搭乱盖的雨阳篷、防盗网，标准设置空调外机；去除立面“三乱〞〔乱涂写、乱张贴、乱刻画〕。
