第七章 项目清洁生产水平
产品及养殖技术
（1）产品
拟建项目采用科学方法培育原种猪，利于区域优质种猪的推广。该项目的建设符合国家关于西部大开发的建设发展要求，也符合国家及地方政府有关畜牧业发展的方针政策。
（2）原料
拟建项目主要原料是饲料、饮用水，饲料通过园区统一采购；场区供水水源由园区水厂供水，当地政府负责修建供水管网、提升泵站及净化处理，确保水质安全可靠。
（3）防疫措施的严格性
猪场布局合理，生产、管理区严格分开，生产区周围应有防护设施，非生产人员不得随意进入生产区。
各圈舍内均设病猪隔离区，对病猪进行隔离观察、诊治；对死亡的猪只经检验检疫不允许安全填埋的，运往重庆市病害动物处理中心统一处理，其余实行安全填埋，严格对隔离猪舍进行消毒。
对装载种猪、商品猪的运输车辆进行严格消毒。
（4）污染物产生、综合利用
，排水量较小，清洁生产水平较高。养殖废水和生活污水经处理后50%用于还田，形成“猪-沼-果”和“猪-沼-蔬”循环经济模式；50%经深度处理用于猪舍冲洗，实现了污水零排放。
粪便、沼渣、餐厨垃圾通过好氧堆肥制成有机肥出售，具有一定的经济、环境效益。
污水处理过程中产生的沼气用作食堂燃料。
各圈舍均采用通风系统，并且使用绿色环保饲料，强化圈舍消毒措施，加强场区绿化，尽可能减少恶臭气体排放对周围环境空气的影响。

（1）严格生产各环节的质量管理，确保产品质量达到中华人民共和国农业部的有关标准；
