四、面试内容及成绩评定标准
面试工程为?课堂教学能力测试?〔包括教学方案设计和讲授微格课〕；同一报考岗位为同一考试题目和内容。
1、教学方案设计，占面试总分20%；
2、微格课以及有关职位的专业能力考核，占面试总分80%；
五、面试程序
〔一〕8月19日上午7：30：工作人员将考生集中到候考室，查验?准考证?、?身份证?、?面试通知书?，并向考生宣读考场规那么、面试程序、面试纪律等本卷须知。迟到30分钟以上的取消面试资格；工作人员组织考生分岗位抽签确定面试顺序，抽签结果交考务组计分员掌握，并严格保密。
〔二〕8月19日上午7：30：主评委和监督小组人员对评委进行面试规那么培训。
〔三〕面试
1．教学方案设计：8月19日上午8：00，工作人员组织面试考生按照同岗位抽签顺序，依次延时20分钟抽题并进行教学方案设计〔限时40分钟〕，设计完后由工作人员将教学方案收齐备讲。
2．讲授微格课：8月19日上午8：50，面试主评委通知引领员按抽签顺序引领考生进入面试考场。考生拿到自己设计的教学方案，并利用所设计的教学方
