JDY500搅拌机搅拌装置
摘要:JDY500型单卧轴式强制式搅拌机是随着混凝土施工工艺的改进而发展起来的新型机。强制式单卧轴搅拌机兼有自落式和强制式两种机型的特点,即搅拌质量好、生产效率高耗能低,不仅能搅拌干硬性、塑性或低流动性混凝土,还可以搅拌轻骨料混凝土、砂浆或硅酸盐等物料。
单卧轴式混凝土搅拌机搅拌筒内主要由一根搅拌轴,耐磨板和在搅拌轴的轴向上安装的两组搅拌叶片组成。每组叶片各自成为一个单元,而且每相邻的搅拌叶片都相互错开一定的角度,从而使拌合料在搅拌筒内轮番地得到搅拌。一方面将搅拌筒底部和中间的拌和料向上翻滚,一方面又将拌和料沿轴线分别向前后推压,从而使拌合料得到快速、均匀的搅拌。

Abstract:With the improvement and construction technology to develop a new type of aircraft. JDY500 single spot pulsory concrete e forth.。Compulsory single horizontal axis mixer-style have pulsory and the characteristics of the two models,namely mixing good quality and high production efficiency of low energy-consuming,can not only stir dry hard,plastic or low mobility of concrete,can also stir light Aggregate concrete,mortar or Portland, and other materials

Coaxial-lying concrete mixer mixing pose mainly by a stirring shaft, wear-resistant plate and two groups mixing blade which installed on the axial shaft 。Each of their blades as a unit, and each adjacent mixing blades are staggered a certain angle,so that mixing materials in the mixing barrel turns to be stirring。On the one hand,at the bottom of the mixing materials and intermediate will be rolling upward,on the other hand mixing materials will be along the axis where they were pushed forward and after with pressure ,so that mixing materials can be rapid ,uniform mixing。
