（三）职责
1、领导小组职责
（1）制定、落实进出口食品安全投诉举报工作的重大决策，审议和督查进出口食品安全投诉举报工作方案。
（2）统一指挥，统一协调开展进出口食品安全投诉举报工作。
（3）加强与地方政府相关部门的沟通联系，协调配合。
（4）上报重大进出口食品安全投诉举报案件的查处结果
2、办公室职责
（1）负责受理辖区内进出口食品安全投诉举报。
（2）负责调查方案拟定以及开展具体的调查活动。
（3）负责投诉举报案件查处结果的整理并报领导小组和省局办公室。
（4）完成领导小组布置的其他工作。
三、投诉举报受理范围
（一）投诉举报是指相关组织或个人以书面材料、、传真、电子信息网络或其他形式，投诉举报在**局管辖范围内发现的不符合进出口食品安全法律法规、规章要求的行为，且举报情况经查证属实或大致属实。
（二）不符合进出口食品安全法律法规、规章要求的行为主要是指：非法或违规生产、加工、经营进出口食品的行业“潜规则”；出口食品原料种植、养殖过程中非法或违规使用农业化学投入品；出口食品原料采集、运输、生产加工、储存等过程严重不符合规定的卫生要求，或非法、违规使用非食用物质或滥用食品添加剂生产加工食品；收购非备案基地的原料冒充备案基地原料用于加工出口食品；非法收购非注册登记、非备案企业生产的产品用于出口；及其它相关**违规行为。
