第五条申请从事保险代理业务的营销员，必须通过中国保监会组织的保险代理从业人员资格考试（以下简称：资格考试），并取得《XX书》。
农村授予制保险营销员必须取得XX保监局核发的《农村保险营销员XX书》。
第六条凡年满十八周岁、具有初中以上学历、持有合法居民XX明的公民，均可报名参加资格考试。考试费用按中国保监会规定标准收取。
第七条报名参加资格考试的人员，应当提交下列材料：
（一）《保险代理从业人员资格考试报名表》；
（二）XX明文件复印件；
（三）学历证明复印件；
