摘要
随着现在工业技术的发展,自动化的技术发展越来越快,自动化的生产线在生活中已经使用的越来越广泛。自动化生产线的功能对生产效率有着很大的影响,因此自动化生产线的功能必须提高,保证自动化生产线的运行既高效节能又安全可靠。传统的自动化生产线系统采用的是继电器逻辑控制电路,这种控制易出故障,维护不便,运行寿命短,占地空间大,正逐步被淘汰。
本设计采用西门子S7-200PLC作为控制单元,用软件来实现对汽车地毯加热生产线的的自动控制。地毯加热生产线有完整的温度测试系统、故障报警系统、自动加热系统、安全回路系统,汽车地毯加热系统的可靠性大大提高。汽车地毯加热系统的控制结构简单,外部线路简化,另外还可方便地改变控制功能。提高了汽车地毯加热系统的运行的安全性,并便于检修。因此,它以优异的温度调试功能、自动加热功能、高效率和较好的节能效果及广泛的适用范围,从而明显改善了汽车地毯加热的的质量和性能,此次设计的汽车地毯自动加热系统控制精度高、动态性能好,大大的提高的自动化生产线的生产效率。

Abstract
With the development of industrial technology, automation technology is developing faster and faster. Automated production line has been used more and more widely in our daily life. The function of automatic production line has great influence on production efficiency. Therefore, the function of automatic production line must be improved, and the operation of automatic production line can be ensured. The traditional automatic production line system adopts the relay logic control circuit, which is easy to malfunction, inconvenient to maintain, short service life and large space occupation, and is being phased out gradually.
This design uses SIEMENS S7-200 single chip puter as the control unit, and uses software to realize the automatic control of the automobile carpet heating line. Carpet heating line plete temperature test system, fault alarm system, automatic heating system and safety loop system. The reliability of automobile carpet heating system is greatly improved. The control system of automobile carpet heating system is simple, the outer circuit is simplified, and the control function can be easily changed. The utility model improves the safety of the operation of the automobile carpet heating system and is easy to overhaul. Therefore, it is with excellent temperature debugging function, automatic heating function, high efficiency and good energy-saving effect and wide application range, thereby significantly improve the hea
