评建设交通类专业中级专业技术职务任职资格。
8、 外省市驻沪单位工作的专业技术人员符合国家和本市相关申报条件，在沪企业需到其上级主管部门办理委托评委会评审的委托书并加盖公章。
9、对确有真才实学、成绩显著、贡献突出的工程技术人员，可不受学历、资历的限制，可破格评审工程师任职资格。
     任职资历截至2015年12月31日。当年度到达退休年龄的人员不得申报。对上一年度评审未通过、当年没有重大业绩和突出贡献的不予受理。
    10、对申报建筑装饰设计专业、并取得市人力资源和社会保障局颁发《上海市室内设计专业技术水平认证》中、高级证书的申报人员，可免于提交论文。
       五、职称外语和职称计算机要求
     1、申报评审工程师任职资格，应通过全国职称外语B级考试，并持有相应的国家统一印制的《职称外语等级考试合格证书》，证书在有效期内。
2、具有1年以上留学经历，并在国外留学期间取得国家认定的本科以上学历的；出版过外文专著、译著，由单位或出版部门证明的；可以不参加职称外语考试。具体参见《关于完善职称外语考试有关问题的通知》（沪人〔2007〕54号）。
